"Sommer is incredible! Our little Maltipoo Maisy suffered from a ruptured disc in her spine right around Christmas time, and luckily instead of needing surgery, physical therapy was recommended by the vet. Sommer came highly recommended from Dr. McNicholas at First Coast Veterinary Specialists, and we are beyond pleased with Maisy's progress and Sommer's care! Sommer was beyond kind in her handling, excellent in communication, priced appropriately, full of information, and just an all around great person to work with. We were completely sold on working with Sommer just off of our first meeting - her passion for animals and helping them heal is tremendous, and it is clear that this far beyond just a "paycheck" for her. Most importantly, she gave us clear feedback on how Maisy was doing, gave us clear instructions for practicing exercises on our own (including an online portal!!) and was extremely gentle and loving in working with our dog. After 6 sessions (4 were every week and the last two were every other week), Maisy is back to her normal energetic self and is feeling better than ever. Without Sommer, I'm not sure she would have recovered as well and as smoothly as she did. As someone who loves my dog as if I birthed her myself, I cannot recommend Sommer enough.
